Facility Condition assessments
Only the L2e Team can provide an entirely unique approach to facility conditions assessments. As you know our team offers all building design and engineering disciplines from one team, which allows us to offer truly integrated and coordinated services. Couple this with our vast experience in building condition assessments, and it is clear the L2e team is the team of choice for your project. L2e’s integrated approach starts with a review of the existing drawings of the facility (if available) and an initial general examination of the facility. Since there can easily be upwards of 80 systems in a building, it is obvious that an experienced team is key. Specialized professionals use their expertise to examine and analyze each building system and its condition. Identifying synergistic solutions is the added value that the L2e team can provide to you.
Design Build
L2e has vast experience with the design build delivery model for projects. working closely with both general contractors and sub contractors like electrical and mechanical contractors. When the schedule and budget demand a design build approach, L2e should be your engineer of choice. Armed with industry leading knowledge in 3D/BIM software Revit, L2e sets itself apart as a truly integrated design build partner.

The key to L2e's success is diversity. L2e engineers have provided designs for Chinese Cuisine Restaurants, Gastro Pubs, Brewery's, Hotels, and Credit Union Branches. L2e has done these projects as "one off" projects, site adapted prototype projects and have even developed prototype documents to be used for future site adaptations. L2e understands the high turnaround demand of the retail and restaurant market and is committed to their clients to deliver the service required for their clients to be successful.
commercial/Residential construction
From high rise office buildings to multi family, mixed use residential developments, L2e has the experience to deliver a high quality design. Utilizing our knowledge of the latest energy conserving systems, L2e can implement highly efficient systems like geothermal, hybrid geothermal, Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and boiler/chiller systems for Variable Air Volume (VAV) or water sourced heat pumps depending on the need of the client and the building.
industrial
The engineers at L2e have experience of building a manufacturing plant from the ground up or adding production lines while the plant is in full production. Each manufacturing process can have it's own environmental needs. From heating only to Class 20,000 clean room requirements. From 100 foot-candles of lighting to special lighting that requires the absence of all UV and UVB lighting. Engineers at L2e have experience designing electrical distribution systems as large as 90MW and coordinating with the local utility to get a new substation constructed within the schedule of the manufacturing process.
